Best Buy had a $4 billion dollar a year problem with product returns, and asked if I could create an entire omni-channel, creative eco-system across all CX (customer experience), EX (employee experience) and GX (growth experience). My 50 page corporate deck articulated and visually solved many multiple problems, across varying departments and different user touch-points. Including a digital app, locker system and parking structure that was implemented at the start of covid to help with customer interactions and “save” business.
